Thank you Mike for making my first experience at Ancaster Toyota wonderful. From the time I arrived I was welcomed with a smile and giggles from Mike who was waiting for me with my longtime friend. The service was excellent and fast....well my friend and I hide in a corner talking for a few hours before they found us to let us know that our cars were done. Really Ancaster Toyota I am not comfortable dealing with dealerships in the past. Thank you for changing my opinion. I was very pleased with the experience.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Their expertise, professionalism, and customer service were top-notch. Azhan’s expertise and leadership made the entire experience seamless, and he went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. while Jordan made sure all the paperwork and details were handled seamlessly. Pete and Kate added that extra touch of kindness and patience that made a world of difference. Last year, we purchased our 2024 RAV4 Hybrid from Ancaster Toyota and were very pleased that we were able to find this vehicle during a high demand period. I recently made a second maintenance appointment and was again extremely pleased with their customer service, professionalism and attention to detail! I enjoyed a vabulous cup of coffee while I waited and was even able to complete some work on my laptop thanks to their WiFi service. The whole time I was there, I felt like a valued customer!
