I have been using Ancaster Toyota for over three decades and I am always satisfied with the work done at this dealership because they know me, know my vehicle, and always have accurate advice, the correct solution or part to remedy any issue. Plus you get a free car wash which is the bomb! (At least they used to do that for customers in the summer).

Service was ok, seemed to take a bit long for what was performed, I thought that was them being thorough but after the first hour I snuck out to see what was happening. I watched the tech rotate the tires front to back and the brake "visual inspection" left a lot to be desired. On the subject of tire rotation, the first service advisor stated they only rotate if the tech sees visual signs of wear on the tire......nope. No tire manufacture or Toyota recommend waiting for signs of tire wear before rotating tires, all have a recommended rotation interval (and warranty requirements). It felt like the dealership was being a bit lazy in suggesting that. I declined and insisted on the tires being rotated as it was also part of the service that I paid for. Overall the people were friendly, price was right and their recommended service intervals mostly fall in line with what I've seen is required to keep your Toyota going for a long time. Just be cautious that your getting what you've paid for in respect to tire rotation.

Bought a super clean 2019 Corolla here a year ago. My 2008 is bulletproof so bought another. Tony the sales rep and his manager are stand up guys and made dealing here a great experience. I'm thrilled with this Corolla. I drove from Owen Sound for Ancaster Toyota's excellent customer service.
